Minimum rental is 4 hours, some prices are fixed per rental event, others vary base on the customer needs. prices included assembly and disassembly, delivery fee is base on distance, we drive up to an hour away.

POLICY & RENTAL AGREEMENT
ZAMORA EVENT & RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
* RETAINER: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
* FINAL BALANCE: The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
* LAST MINUTE BOOKING: Orders placed within 7 days of the event must be paid in full.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
* CANCELLATION: If you cancel, the deposit will be kept by ZAMORA EVENT & RENTALS LLC.
* RESCHEDULING: You may apply your deposit to a new date, if date is available, if requested 14 days prior original date.

3. EQUIPMENT CARE & RESTRICTIONS:
* Throne chairs & Backdrops: These are premium items. They must remain indoors or under a fully coved, weather-protected surface at all times.
* TABLES & CHAIRS: Must be kept clear of permanent markers, heavy adhesives, and open flames.

4. PHOTO BOOTH TERMS
*POWER SUPPLY: The client must provide a dedicated standard outlet within 15 feet of the booth setup location.
* ATTENDANT AREA: A level 10x10 foot space and shelter from direct sun/rain must be provided.
* WIFI REQUIREMENTS: Digital sharing features require active venue WI-FI, which the client must facilitate if it were needed.

5. DAMAGE & LOSS LIABILITY
* INSPECTION: The client will inspect and sign off on all items upon delivery or pick up.
* REPLACEMENT COST: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any theft, loss, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
* DAMAGE ITEMS: Missing, heavily stained, torn, or broken items will be billed to the credit card on file at full replacement value.Â
